PLACING AN ORDER

Our system allows you to place an order for holds, hardware, or deposit for a Kilter Board, directly online. For larger orders, international orders, or a full  project quote, we welcome you to contact us to start the project. If you create an account, you can also choose your own custom color palette. For orders over 250/lbs., shipping cost is quoted after the order is placed and you can confirm or we can help you modify or cancel as needed. For additional information on shipping, click here.

ORDER STATUS

After placing an order, and if you have created an account, you can view a full history of your online orders at your account page. For specific order changes, updates, or concerns, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Kilter has International partners in many countries, and if you cannot find a distributor in your country we can also ship Internationally.

Urban Plastix has International partners in many countries as well, and sometimes different partners than Kilter has. If you want UP and Kilter shipped from the US to another country, we will work with our distributors to coship your order if possible.

International pricing varies by country and depends on the current exchange rate and each countries distribution costs which can include stocking, shipping, customs, and import fees. Please contact your distributor for the newest pricelist.

If you have a distributor in your country but they do not carry the product/s you are looking for please contact them and cc holds@kiltergrips.com and we’ll help you get what you want where you want it.

Kilter and Urban Plastix both have two lines - one is produced in Aragon's famous elastomeric urethane at Aragon in North American, and the other is produced in the excellent Dannomond PU at Composite X in Bulgaria. These lines are made of unique shapes that compliment each other so you can order holds from both places and have lines that go together with no repetition. Composite-X has matched Aragon in several colors so you can get color matching across the manufacturers as well. See our Colors page for more on this.
