What is Your Turn-Around Time for Holds?
For in-stock products, we generally ship within 48 to 72 hours of order processing. Turn-around time on production holds can vary widely depending on current demand, order size, and shipping. Email if you'd like a more specific quote or confirmation especially for large or production orders.

How Much is Shipping for Hold Orders?
That depends. Under 250 lbs, shipping from the US to a US location is quoted from UPS in real-time based on weight and delivery location, along with a 2.5% handling surcharge from the manufacturer. Under 250 lbs, shipping from Bulgaria to the US is quoted at $1.80/lb plus a flat $100 handling fee (Delivered Duty Paid). All orders over 250 lbs are quoted after the order is placed in order to ensure an accurate quote and maximize savings via freight providers. Can You Help with a Home Wall or Planning a Large Project?
A: Yes! We have a lot of great options for homewall users. If you are in a hurry for your grips to arrive please visit our in-stock section where we have holds and packs ready to ship ASAP. If you have the space and budget, a Kilter Board HW Layout is an awesome option as it provides an interactive database with thousands of problems. For larger projects, we encourage to request a quote so our team can work to understand your key requirements and expectations.

What Hold Colors Do You Offer?
A. We offer a ton of color options. We use our Color Spectrum System to best match your current gym or homewall colors. Additionally, if you create an account, you can define your preferred colors.

Do You Offer Hardware?
A: Yes, we have tools and hardware including standard, flathead, and buttonhead bolts in alloy or stainless steel; t-nuts, screws, Kilter-logo hex bits and drill bits, and hand wrenches! Learn more about hardware, bolts, and tools here.

What Hardware/Bolts  Should I Use?
A: All hold sets in our system are pre-loaded with the information to recommend the correct number and size of bolts in aggregate on the cart page. Our red-yellow-green system – shown at the bottom of a cart page – will indicate if you have none, some, or all the correct bolts for the hold set order in your cart.
